Featuring a perfect 1st of May getaway

Aaah, I can really feel spring in the air, on my body and in my closet.

And for once, I’m not even approaching spring as that in-between season, thinking only about summer. No! This time, I savour every single moment; every ray of sunshine and warm breeze.

Yes, we have been generously blessed with gorgeous weather here in Denmark. I don’t remember another April with so little rain and so much sunshine. It was therefore the perfect time to visit my parents-in-law’s summer house.

Well, we didn’t go there before Thursday, the 1st of May, but I was so ready to slow down already last weekend :) My husband works for a Swedish company, where the 1st of May is, as in many other countries, a national holiday and hence also a day off. He took Friday off as well.
