This is definitely a good example of the power of social media, Instagram in this particular case, which I use to find inspiration. This time, one of the creative women from this incredibly inspiring community that I somehow became a follower of delivered. So, I don’t say it too often, but thank you, Instagram, for making the algorithm work in my favor this time.

So, what look am I talking about? I’ll show you in just a minute.

First, let’s go back to the notion of inspiration, looking for it, and actually acting upon having found it. For me, it’s a simple equation: inspiration + my closet = newness.

Newness that I guess I can say on behalf of all of us fashion lovers here on Substack, we seek in one way or another; newness that energizes and excites us.
